Fourplex Rental Portfolio (Closed)

AllStreet targets cash-flowing homes near Austin, Texas job hubs, unlocking value through smart renovations and long-term holds.

Overview

AllStreet Texas Rental Investment is built for investors seeking stable cash flow and long-term wealth creation in America’s fastest-growing state. This inaugural fund will acquire a portfolio of single-family homes and small multifamily properties (up to 4-plexes) strategically located near job centers and vibrant business areas across the City of Austin, Texas—markets supported by strong population growth, tech-driven expansion, and resilient rental demand.

Our focus is simple: steady income, conservative leverage, and real assets in the path of progress. The fund targets properties that benefit from both immediate cash flow and long-term appreciation, aiming to deliver durable returns throughout the cycle. With a long-term, buy-and-hold approach, we seek to generate attractive, tax-efficient income while building a portfolio that stands the test of time.

At AllStreet, we believe the most overlooked alpha is hiding in plain sight—outdated homes in prime locations. By renovating and professionally managing these assets, we unlock value for both investors and residents. This is real estate, done right.
