Single-Family Rental Portfolio (Closed)
AllStreet SFR Fund renovates outdated homes near major job hubs to unlock cash flow and long-term upside.
Overview
AllStreet SFR Fund focuses on acquiring and renovating undervalued single-family homes in high-growth neighborhoods near major employers like data centers, hospitals, and logistics hubs. These areas offer strong long-term appreciation potential and an attractive rent-to-purchase ratio that supports immediate cash flow.
Our strategy is built on the fix-to-rent model, where alpha is created at acquisition and through renovation—not just by waiting for market appreciation. By modernizing outdated homes in desirable, supply-constrained locations, we unlock equity from day one and position the portfolio to benefit from both durable income and future price growth. The result is a high-performing rental portfolio with institutional-quality operations and strong downside protection.
