Single-Family Rental Portfolio (Open)

AllStreet Fund builds on our proven fix-to-rent model, using our proprietary AllFlow platform to scale the renovation of outdated homes in high-growth markets for cash flow and long-term upside.

Overview

Built on the success of our earlier funds, AllStreet SFR continues our mission to acquire, renovate, and operate high-performing rental homes in strategic growth markets. Leveraging our proprietary platform, AllFlow, we’ve streamlined the entire fix-to-rent process—from acquisition and underwriting to renovation and lease-up—allowing us to move faster, operate leaner, and deliver stronger returns.

This fund targets outdated single-family homes in areas with strong job growth, favorable rent-to-price ratios, and long-term appreciation potential. Our edge comes from disciplined buying, hands-on renovations, and the tech-enabled operations that allow us to scale with precision. By creating value at purchase and improving operational efficiency, Fund is positioned to generate consistent cash flow and capital growth while maintaining downside protection.

The targets and projections presented herein are for illustrative purposes only and are not guarantees of future results. They are based on historical performance data, market assumptions, and the past experience of the AllStreet management team in the single-family rental (SFR) and real estate sectors. These projections are inherently uncertain and involve numerous assumptions and risks. Actual results may differ materially. Please refer to the Risk Factors disclosed in the Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) for more detail.
